Let’s see, child molesting, battery, and resisting law enforcement charges all dropped for pleading guilty of beating a toddler, then firing a handgun inside a home. How triumphant our Prosecuting team must feel. Another slam dunk. Possibly 31 years? I doubt it. How much time is it really?
