Fort Wayne murder suspect thrown out of court for second time, spits on attorney

ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) – A man accused of killing a Fort Wayne gas station clerk last Thanksgiving was kicked out of court for the second time this year.

21-year-old Victor Rivera is accused of shooting 25-year-old Jacob Walerko with a shotgun, then stealing a pack of cigarettes, on Thanksgiving night last year.

Last month, Rivera was kicked out of the courtroom after he got into an argument with the judge.

Wednesday, Rivera was thrown out of the courtroom again. This time, for spitting on his attorney, according to our partners in news at ABC 21.

Rivera’s trial is scheduled for September 18.

I guess a man’s life is worth a pack a smokes nowadays. Makes me feel totally safe living out in the ol fort. Tip: if you want to smoke crack, just walk around for a little bit. I found a pipe out on the sidewalk and another behind in an alleyway behind my house with the steel wool still in it and everything. FoRt WaYnE iS tHe BeSt¡
