February’s triple homicide is a result of marijuana robbery

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The February triple homicide was the result of a marijuana robbery.

Darrell McDaniel and Artavius Richards, both 19, were arrested and charged with three counts of murder, according to the Fort Wayne Police Department.

They are accused of killing 23-year-old Mohamedtaha Omar, 20-year-old Adam Kamel Mekki and 17-year-old Muhannad Adam Tairab. They were all shot multiple times in “execution style” inside a home on East Lewis Street.

The shooting was linked to a marijuana robbery, according to our news partners at 21Alive.
