Whitko High School adds security after threat

SOUTH WHITLEY, Ind. (WOWO): Whitko High School has added extra security Wednesday after a note threatening a shooting was found Tuesday.

Our Partners in News at ABC 21 report that school administrators notified parents of the threat via email and social media. They also add that the student in question would “face the consequences of both the legal authorities and the school.”

The extra security was added for the safety of the students according to school officials.
