Two arrested after altercation in LaGrange County

LAGRANGE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) – Two people were arrested after an altercation in LaGrange County Saturday.

The LaGrange County Sheriff’s Department was called to the intersection of CR 200 North and CR 735 West just after 1:30 p.m. on reports that several people were fighting in the intersection.

Before police arrived, two people had already left the scene in a tan pick-up truck.

Another 911 call was placed shortly thereafter, reporting two people were suffering from stab wounds in a tan pick-up truck at the intersection of Harrison and Middlebury streets in Shipshewana.

They were transported from the scene to Parkview LaGrange Hospital.

During the investigation, two people were taken to the sheriff’s department for questioning: Myron James Miller Jr. and Christopher Aaron Susaraba. They were both then arrested on preliminary charges of aggravated battery and assisting a criminal.

They’re both booked in the LaGrange County Jail and the investigation is ongoing.
