FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A transsexual Fort Wayne man will spend three years in prison for attacking an officer on Christmas.

22-year-old Antwon Gomez received a total of five years in prison on two battery against a police officer charges, according to the News-Sentinel. However, a judge ordered one year to be suspended and another year on probation.

A Fort Wayne officer responded to a domestic fight on the 4700 block of Holton Ave. this past Christmas day.

Gomez tried to attack the officer with wild punches before pulling her ponytail. While being restrained, he reportedly reached up and bit her left jaw before spitting on another officer and saying he had AIDS.
