MARION, Ind. (WOWO): Police have arrested three people over the fatal 2018 shooting of a man and his two sons.

29-year-old Lemere Jones, 25-year-old Demetrius Jackson, and 29-year-old Brittany Drake were arrested by Marion Police, according to our Partners in News at ABC 21.

The three are facing charges in the deaths of 42-year-old Javon Blackwell, 12-year-old Javon Blackwell Jr., and 11-year-old Jayzon Blackwell, which happened inside a Marion home on December 30th last year.

Jones and Jackson are also facing charges in the November 2018 death of a 19-year-old Marion man. We have the full list of charges below:

Jones was preliminarily charged with three counts of murder, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and armed robbery, plus one count of murder, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and armed robbery in connection with the November death of 19-year-old Maurtreyviaun Sanders, plus charges of armed robbery, serious violent felon in possession of a handgun, and pointing a loaded firearm in connection with the armed robbery of a Family Dollar store.

Jackson was preliminarily charged with three counts of murder, possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and armed robbery, plus one count of murder, possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and armed robbery in connection with Sanders’ case.

Drake was preliminarily charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery.
