Second phase of infrastructure improvements addresses long-running challenges in southeast Fort Wayne

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): City officials cut the ribbon on Phase-Two of a storm water and sidewalk project in southeast Fort Wayne on Monday.

The 3.7 million dollar project saw drainage upgrades to alleviate a long running problem with standing water on Hessen Cassel Road. New sidewalks were also installed to make walking safer for residents who previously had to use the edge of the road.
