FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – A Fort Wayne man has been arrested following a narcotics raid Friday.

The Fort Wayne Police Department’s Narcotics Division and Emergency Services Team served a search warrant just before 7 a.m. at a home in the 6000 block of Southcrest Road.

Mandell Strawter, 27, and another unnamed man were at the home during the search.

Officers located almost half an ounce of heroin and .6 grams of crack cocaine on Strawter. There was also a digital scale found inside the home.

Strawter was arrested and faces three counts of Dealing Cocaine or Narcotic Drug (Heroin) and one count of Possession of Cocaine.
