NOBLE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Noble County is under an emergency disaster due to flooding from last week’s rain.

Mick Newton with Noble County Emergency Management Services tells our Partners in News at ABC 21 that many people near Rome City haven’t recovered from last summer’s flooding.

He says water is still high on some roads, making it difficult for fire trucks or ambulances to get through.

If you are in Noble County and are affected by flooding, call Emergency Management Services at 260-636-2938.
