FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Yesterday was one for the record books in Fort Wayne.
Tuesday’s high temperature in the Summit City was 70 degrees, according to the National Weather Service, shattering a record high of 67 that had been set in 1930.
But that warmth came with plenty of rain that continued today, bringing with it some flooding, and today temps are a far cry from yesterday, with a chance of snow tonight as we drop into the upper 20s and low 30s.
The Journal Gazette reports that by the time the storms leave our area, Fort Wayne could break another record, this time for rainfall.
