Our partners in news at ABC 21 report more details have been released outlining moments before the shooting took place inside the home.

Court documents reveal surviving victims told police they were inside the house smoking marijuana with Fincher before the shooting took place. One of the victims reports she left the room to tend to food on the grill, and when she returned, Fincher was no longer in the room.

Fincher allegedly went to the bathroom and came out shooting. After being shot, a victim told police she laid on the couch and pretended to be dead.

One of the victims also reports that after shooting them, Fincher took $1,000 and drugs before leaving the area.
