ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A Monroeville man is facing several charges after police say he raped a woman.

Cody Fyock was arrested Wednesday according to our Partners in News at ABC 21. He is facing two counts of rape, two counts of sexual battery, and residential entry breaking and entering.

Court documents reveal Fyock followed a woman home from a bar back in June and snuck into her unlocked room.

The victim told police Fyock was sitting next to her at the Moontower Tavern and started hitting on her. She asked for a friend’s help after he became uncomfortable.

She told police she walked home but left the door unlocked as her friend was going to come over and check on her.

A neighbor, who is legally blind, heard a man’s voice inside having sex with the victim. He asked who the man was and told him to get out.

Fyock is due in court Friday for an initial hearing.
