Kendallville shooting suspect arrested

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne Police have tracked down at least one of the suspects in a shooting that happened in Kendallville Monday night.

Kendallville Police had issued a warrant for 27-year-old Kyle Gibson after one person was dropped off at a hospital in critical condition with gunshot wounds. They also named 26-year-old Alexis Jordan as a person of interest.

Our Partners in News at ABC 21 report Gibson and a woman matching Jordan’s description were found at a hotel near the intersection of Coliseum Blvd. and Coldwater Road at about 3am today.

Police had to use a flash-bang grenade to take the two into custody. Nobody was hurt.
