FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – A Kekionga Middle School student reportedly pulled out a knife in front of another student Tuesday morning.

In a letter sent home to parents, the school says the student is being disciplined and was immediately removed from the classroom, according to Fort Wayne’s NBC.

This is the second weapons-related incident linked to Fort Wayne Community Schools this week.

Monday, a Northrop High School student stepped off a FWCS bus, pulled out a gun, and fired several shots into the air.
