Huntington man arrested for infant’s death

HUNTINGTON, Ind. (WOWO): A Huntington man has been arrested for the death of a 2-month-old girl.

The Huntington Police Department tells WOWO News they were called to the Cedar Run Apartments early Sunday morning to help with the unresponsive child, which was taken to an area hospital, and pronounced dead two days later.

Yesterday, an autopsy was completed and found the child’s death had been ruled a homicide due to blunt force trauma.

Kevin Tucker has been arrested for neglect of a dependent resulting in death and aggravated battery. Both charges are felonies. Tucker is currently in custody at the Huntington County Jail.
