New Haven Canal Days Festival – Friday, June 8 and Saturday, June 9
New Haven welcomes all current and former residents and guests to this family-friendly event. Featuring a parade, arts and crafts, a car show, rides and festival eateries!
Admission: $19 wrist bands, $1-$50 tickets
Location: Downtown New Haven

Germanfest 2018 – Friday, June 8 through Sunday, June 10
Eat, drink and have a great time this weekend during Germanfest 2018! Click here for a full list of activities.
Admission: $2 from 2-5 p.m.; $5 after 5 p.m.

3rd Annual Pedal, Paddle & Play – Friday, June 8 @ Noon – 5 p.m.
Adventure either in a boat or on a bike this Friday and use your scavenger hunting skills along our three rivers in Fort Wayne. Participants will have six items they need to find on the rivers or greenway to earn chances to win $1,000 in prizes including a complete kayak package donated by Fort Wayne Outfitters and Bike Depot.
Admission: $25 per person/$45 doubles; children 15 years and younger are FREE with paying adult

Blocknobben – Friday, June 8 @ 6-10 p.m.
A block party celebrating our love of film and our community. The event will feature local breweries and eateries, as well as the Blocknobben Marketplace of local hand-picked vendors.

Intro to Canoe and Kayaking – Sunday, June 10 @ 2 p.m.
Learn the basics including how to enter and exit your kayak properly, how to handle your paddle and perform various paddle strokes, and how to skillfully maneuver your boat. Basic safety instructions are also included, no previous experience required. Bring your own kayak or rent one from the shop for an additional $15. Life jackets and paddles are provided. Must be 18 years or older.
Admission: $25 w/o kayak rental; $40 with kayak rental

Riverfront Citizen Science: Bird Watching on Our Urban Rivers – Sunday, June 10 @ 2-4:30 p.m.
During the first 10 minutes of each program, attendees will learn basics about bird watching and how to use binoculars. Bike riders should arrive a few minutes early, and be ready to depart by 3 p.m. This guided hike is open to all ages and experience levels.
2-3 p.m.: Walking; 3:15-4:30: Bike Riding

Celtic Woman – Homecoming Tour – Sunday, June 10 @ 3-5 p.m.
Celtic Woman’s fresh fusion of traditional Irish music and contemporary songcraft celebrates Ireland’s history while reflecting on modern Ireland. Music includes Irish classics, contemporary songs, classical favorites and originals.
