Fort Wayne mother of four murdered in St. Louis

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – A woman from Fort Wayne was visiting St. Louis, Missouri and was gunned down while inside of a car.

22-year-old Shaquayla Davis was in a car with two other women when a gunman opened fire injuring her.  The two other women found an officer and reported the shooting.  Paramedics took Davis to the hospital where she later died, according to our partners in news at ABC 21.

Her parents are asking for their daughter’s body to be brought back to Fort Wayne for her burial.

Davis was in St. Louis visiting her boyfriend and some friends.  She leaves behind four children, which her parents will help raise.
