Fort Wayne man convicted on drug charges, four others await sentencing

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – 66-year-old Larry Norton of Fort Wayne has been convicted of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute heroin and cocaine after a six-day jury trial.

Norton, along with four other individuals, pled guilty to all charges.

Possession included over 1 kilogram of heroin and over 5 kilograms of cocaine in the Northern District of Indiana and elsewhere between October 2014 and January 2015.

The other four defendants are awaiting sentencing.
