STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A former track and cross country coach at Fremont High School is now charged with five felony counts of child seduction.

Steuben County deputies served a warrant on those charges against Moses Castillo Wednesday, according to our Partners in News at ABC 21. He had resigned from his coaching position in December, and is currently behind bars.

His step-daughter says she contacted the school district twice over the past several years to report his conduct, but adds there’s no indication that actually led to the arrest.

Fremont Community Schools has banned Castillo from school grounds. A probable cause affidavit says he had a relationship with a 17-year-old student.
