FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – Electric Works has announced its selected brokerage teams from two firms for its national and local/regional commercial leasing.
RTM Ventures, the Electric Works’ development team, has selected the Indianapolis office of global commercial real estate services firm JLL as its national leasing partner. JLL has a global workforce of nearly 90,000 across 80-plus countries. The leading professional services firm specializes in real estate and investment management.
RTM Ventures has selected Fort Wayne-based The Zacher Company as its local/regional leasing partner. The Zacher Company has established itself as one of the leading commercial real estate firms in Northeast Indiana.
Both JLL and Zacher leasing teams will include real estate experts dedicated to identifying and engaging local, regional and national top-tier commercial and office prospects. They will also work closely with Greater Fort Wayne, the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership and the Indiana Economic Development Corporation.
The companies will be placed in the West Campus, with creative office, institutional and innovation space comprising more than 300,000 square feet.
Electric Works has announced leases or letters of intent with several organizations within the past few months, including Fort Wayne Metals, Parkview Health, Medical Informatics Engineering, Three Rivers Music Theatre, and Rush Rock Gym.
