Drug bust in Fort Wayne hotel on Goshen Road, five people arrested

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – Five people are under arrest and facing charges after police responded to a drug bust at the Country Hearth Hotel, located in 2900 block of Goshen Road.

Officers were dispatched to the scene at approximately 9:44 p.m. Monday, May 30, in subject to a warrant.

The officers found all five people, heroin, cocaine, synthetic marijuana and pills.

Police believe one of the suspects, Errick Benson, was manufacturing and distributing the cocaine in the hotel room.

· Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug (Felony)
· Dealing of Synthetic Lookalike (Felony)
· Visiting a Common Nuisance (Misdemeanor)
Aaron Balliet – adult/male
· Warrant – Violation of Probation for two counts of Welfare Fraud (Felony Warrant)
· Visiting a Common Nuisance (Misdemeanor)
Joseph Elser – adult/male
· Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug (Felony)
· Possession of a Syringe (Felony)
· Possession of Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor)
· Visiting a Common Nuisance (Misdemeanor)
Stepheno Thomas – adult/male
· Warrant – Failure to Pay (3 counts)
· Visiting a Common Nuisance (Misdemeanor)
Rhonda Hall – adult/female
· Visiting a Common Nuisance (Misdemeanor)
