Delphi investigation continues, Indiana State Police need help identifying this person

Delphi, Ind. (WOWO) – The Carroll County Sheriff’s Department, FBI, Delphi Police Department and the Indiana State Police are asking for help in identifying the person depicted in the sketch, who is believed to be connected to the murders of Abigail J. “Abby” Williams and Liberty Rose Lynn “Libby” German.

The person in the sketch is described as a white male between 5’6″ and 5’10”, weighing 180 to 220 pounds, with reddish brown hair, and an unknown eye color.

The sketch includes a hat that may not be accurate.

The drawing is a result of information received during the ongoing investigation.

Anyone with information about the murders or the person depicted in the sketch should call the established tip line at 844-459-5786 and can remain anonymous.

Tips may also be emailed to abbyandlibbytip@cacoshrf.com.

A reward of more than $230,000 is offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for these murders.
