FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – After several delays, the roundabout at Bass Rd and Hadley Rd intersection is now open to traffic.

The road was first closed in July 2018 while crews worked to construct a new roundabout.

The Allen County Highway Department’s initial plan was to have all work finished and the intersection reopened by December 2018, but due to the railroad tracks running through the roundabout, extra construction time was needed.
