Another former employee to plead guilty in BAE fraud case

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Another former employee will plead guilty in the BAE Systems education fraud case.

David Rinderle, Jr. will plead guilty in federal court on April 16 according to the Journal Gazette. He is one of 23 ex-employees charged with wire fraud for allegedly stealing money from the company by falsifying documents in a tuition assistance program that paid employees in advance.

Rinderle is accused of stealing $31,000 dollars.

Latonya Smith pleaded guilty to wire fraud last month.
