Albion man hospitalized after Noble County crash

NOBLE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): An Albion man was hospitalized in critical condition after a two-vehicle crash on Friday.

At about 6:20 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, the Nobel County Sheriff’s Department was called about a person pinned inside a vehicle, according to the sheriff’s department. 

Police say a driver pulled his truck off the roadway near a mailbox in the 100 block of South 375 West in Albion. The truck was facing south and a portion of the vehicle was in the northbound lane of the road.

A car was going north of 375 West when it went off the road, into a yard and struck the stopped truck.

The driver of the car had to be extricated from his vehicle. He was airlifted to a hospital. He is now in critical, but stable condition.
