FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Warsaw woman was arrested after police say they found heroin and a syringe in her possession while responding to a 911 call Monday.

Police were called to the 5000 block of East County Road 300 North in Warsaw around 10 a.m., according to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.

Acacia J. Frye, 21, was arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of a syringe for drug use.

On the way to the house, officers were informed that CPR was being performed on a male patient.

When officers and EMS personnel arrived on the scene, they asked Frye for information about the patient.

Frye admitted that drugs were on the property, the sheriff’s department said. Police then found heroin and a syringe.

She is being held in Kosciusko County Jail on $5,250 bond.

Medics told police the male patient was awake and alert.
