KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A lawsuit has been filed against a former Kosciusko County news blogger.
The family of Gary Helman blames Stacey Staley for his death, according to the South Bend Tribune.
His family says she helped create a violent confrontation that lead to a fatal shooting.
Police say Staley gained Helman’s trust during interviews and lead the bounty hunters to him.
