PAULDING, Ohio (WOWO): U.S. Marshals are joining the Paulding County (Ohio) Police Department in the search for a man they believe murdered 21-year-old Hannah Fischer in early February.
Frank H. Tracy Jr., 47, was dating Fischer, according to Paulding County Police. She was found dead inside an apartment at 119 W. Perry St., Paulding, Ohio, on Feb. 8.

She died from head trauma. A building maintenance man found the her body while checking the apartment.
U.S. Marshals are offering up to a $1,000 reward for information about Tracy’s whereabouts.
