ALLEN COUNTY, Ind (WOWO) Authorities have released the name of the woman who was killed in a crash yesterday on Washington Center near Flaugh Road.  The driver is identified as 41-year-old Rhonda Rider.  She was the only one in the vehicle when the single-car wreck occurred.  Investigators say Rider’s car went off the side of the road and she was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.  Police say Rider was not wearing her seat belt and speed is believed to have been a factor in the crash.
