Woman Charged in Wal-Mart Scuffle That Was Caught on Video

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ One of two women involved in a fight inside a Wal-Mart store that was captured on cellphone video is now facing charges in that brawl.

WXIN-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1cQEWpU ) that Amber Stephenson was charged Friday with neglect of a dependent and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Those charges stem from a June 4 fight at a Wal-Mart store in the Indianapolis suburb of Beech Grove where she and another woman began yelling at each other and then started punching and kicking each other on the floor of a store aisle.

Cellphone video of the brawl shows a 6-year-old boy hitting one of the women with a shampoo bottle during that scuffle.

Wal-Mart announced Tuesday that it has banned both women from the company's property because of the fight.
