Wind Advisory Issued for Sunday

NORTH WEBSTER, Ind. (WOWO): A wind advisory has been issued from Noon Sunday until 10 p.m. Monday evening

The national weather service is warning of a potentially strong storm front moving through northcentral and northeast Indiana and stretching into northwest Ohio. It is expected to emerge Sunday afternoon lasting into the late evening. South Central Michigan is also included in the path of the weather system.

The storm is expected to bring strong gusty winds in excess of 25 to 30 miles per hour.

Those gusts could reach 50 miles per hour or more. It could also bring with thunderstorms. The winds could disrupt power and make driving difficult in open areas for larger vehicles.
