Why Are There Flags on I-69?

Fort Wayne, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – American Legion Riders are heading down to Indy for their annual Legion Legacy Run.

The American Legion Riders are a charitable group known for raising money for wounded service-members, veterans’ homes, and other causes.

Supporters placed flags along the route near Angola as the group made its way to Indy.
