Welfare Check in LaGrange County, Leads Police to Body

LAGRANGE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A welfare check in LaGrange County leads police to the body of a 68-year-old man.

Tuesday night, Lagrange County Sheriff's Deputies were called to a home at 6445 N 300 E for a welfare check. Family had not heard from Richard Skeens, and couldn't get an answer at the door or by phone.
