FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): While Peyton Manning made National Headlines last weekend, some other athletes were playing in a sporting event of their own.
Puppies available for adoption at the Allen County SPCA performed in the SPCA’s own Puppy Bowl, which was based on the Animal Planet Puppy Bowl.
Though there won’t be a puppy bowl, several dogs, puppies, kittens and cats will be available for adoption from the Allen County SPCA from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday at PetSmart, 10260 Maysville Road.
