WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): A child molestation investigation ends with the arrest of a 40-year-old Warsaw man. Yesterday, police arrested Joshua Surface following an investigation involving Surface and a 10-year-old girl. The investigation alleges that on several occasions since April 2013, Surface and the girl had sexual encounters at an apartment complex, where Surface lived with the girl’s mother. Surface was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on multiple Class A and Class C felony charges of Child Molesting.
