WILLIAMS COUNTY, Ohio (WOWO): Just before 4 p.m. Tuesday, 49-year-old registered sex offender Birdine Cole Sr. was found at a home in Williams County, Ohio. He was wanted out of Steuben County for allegedly failing to register as a sex or violent offender. After fleeing from US Marshals and hiding under a trailer, Cole was taken into custody. He's now awaiting extradition back to Steuben County.
