This is my brother and we are just in shock over this! Our hearts are broken. They both loved each other so much…recently engaged. Aaron’s hometown is Lakeland, Florida.

I’m so sorry for your loss Amanda. I drive that route everyday to work and was there approx. 15 minutes after it occurred. I live in Hicksville and know that merge ramp well. It’s a bender. I took Auburn Road as the line of squad cars was long and traffic slow. I pray they didn’t suffer and hope and pray that God brings you comfort and peace in knowing that they indeed loved each other so much they had to leave this world together. God Bless and keep you.
