UPDATED: Allen County Prosecutor Could Investigate City Clerk Situation

1:55 UPDATE: The Allen County Prosecutor's Office says they have forwarded the allegations to Indiana State Police and have no further comment at this time.

Our earlier story…

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The former City employee who released videos that prompted the resignations of two Fort Wayne officials now wants a criminal investigation.

Colin Keeney is the man who shot undercover videos showing former City Clerk Sandy Kennedy apparently threatening her employees' jobs if they didn't support the political campaign of Deputy Clerk Angie Davis. A second video showed Davis going thru police records to find info on potential campaign donors. Both women have since resigned. Now Keeney tells our partners in news at 21Alive he has sent an email to the Allen County Prosecutor's office asking for an  investigation.

A spokesman from the Prosecutor's Office tells WOWO news they have received the request, will consult with police to figure out what their next step will be, and will proceed from there.
