Updated: A 15-year-old is in police custody in Kosciusko County…

Police were called out on Saturday night to a Milford home on a report of an out of control juvenile on a skid-loader.  As officers approached the machine, the boy reportedly turned it around and then rammed an A-T-V the officers were using.  He later hit the front of a Milford Police Department and a Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department cruiser.  The boy had to be pepper sprayed before he surrendered to officers.  He faces two counts of aggravated battery.

Earlier today, the 15 year old juvenile was taken to court for his initial hearing.  He was returned to the Pierceton Woods Juvenile Center and will stay at the facility until his next juvenile hearing on December 27th at 9:30 a.m
