UPDATE: Winter Storm WARNING for Allen County

ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO):  A Winter Storm Warning will be in effect for Allen County late Saturday night though late Sunday night.

Accumulations of 6 to 12 inches are possible through Sunday evening. You can expect the snow to become very heavy at times and gusty northwest winds will cause blowing and drifting snow.  

Roads will be potentially snow covered, slick and hazardous. Visibility could also be reduced to one quarter mile or less. 

National Weather Service has also issued a Wind Chill Warning from 1 a.m. Monday to 8 p.m. Tuesday.  Temperatures will drop Sunday night with lows of 7 below to 17 below zero, with wind chills between 30 and 45 below zero expected Sunday night through Tuesday.

Indiana: Adams, Allen, Blackford, Cass, DeKalb, Grant, Huntington, Jay, LaGrange, Miami, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, White, Whitley 

Ohio: Allen, Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Paulding, Van Wert, Williams

Michigan: Branch, Hillsdale
