FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne Police are investigating a suspicious package near Parnell. WOWO's Dean Jackson is on the scene and says around 10:30, Fort Wayne crews wearing bomb suits placed a device near the base of a tree and apparently detonated that device.
