FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A missing 72-year-old man has been found at the scene of a fatal accident near I-469.

Officers with the Allen County Sheriff's Department were called to the accident around 11:30 a.m.. Tuesday. The car ended up at the bottom of a creek off of I-469 NB near MM 19, just east of New Haven. The vehicle was found top-down in a field about 50 to 75  feet away from the interstate. 

Police are saying the victim, identified as Ronald Paisley of Fort Wayne, was reported missing Monday night. Authorities believe the car did not come off the interstate, but possibly a service road near Minnich Road.

Traffic is still moving through that area and no closures have been reported, but try and use some extra caution near that spot as emergency crews remain on the scene.
