UPDATE: Huntington County Under Advisory Travel Status

HUNTINGTON COUNTY Ind. (WOWO): Huntington County is under Advisory Level Travel Status after Tuesday night's storms. That means that some areas may be blocked or unsafe for driving.

A total of 15 homes and 2 businesses were damaged by the storm. There were reports of uprooted  trees and knocked down power lines from the strong winds, about 20 miles southwest of Fort Wayne.

The National Weather Service says a possible tornado was reported Tuesday evening in Putnam County about 30 miles west of Indianapolis.

In Huntington County, Anyone with damage to their home is asked to call the Huntington County Emergency Management Agency at 260-358-4870.
