UPDATE: Autopsy Released in Steuben County Double Stabbing

ANGOLA, Ind. (WOWO): The Steuben County Coroner has released his findings into a double stabbing that happened in Angola.


Authorities say the deceased victim involved in the double stabbing has been identified as 52-year-old Paige Peppler of Angola. She was found dead after her brother, 49-year-old Jeffery Peppler, stabbed both her, and their mother, 72-year-old Linda Peppler. All three lived together in their CR 100N home.

 

Steuben County Coroner Bill Harter has stated that the manner of Paige Peppler's death has been ruled a homicide. Meanwhile, Linda Peppler is still in the hospital, but police say her condition has improved and she's expected to survive.

Deputies arrested Jeffery Peppler who is being held in the Steuben County Jail without bond. The case remains under investigation.
