Union Members with BF Goodrich Reject a Contract Agreement

WOODBURN, Ind. (WOWO): Union members with BF Goodrich have rejected a contract agreement for plants in Woodburn and Alabama.

Negotiators and company officials reached a deal last month after the current contract expired, but a vote failed last week. According to the Journal-Gazette, the talks will resume Wednesday.

Details of the contract weren't released. About 2,000 workers are employed at the local plant.  United Steel Workers Local 715 represents the plant. </span>
