SOUTH BEND, Ind. (AP): Prosecutors have charged two northern Indiana teenagers in connection with a house party where two brothers ingested a fatal mixture of alcohol and the prescription painkiller oxycodone.

St. Joseph County prosecutors charged 19-year-old Kyle Treber with three counts of dealing a narcotic and one count of possessing a narcotic. Eighteen-year-old Lauren Schwindaman faces a misdemeanor count of furnishing alcohol to a minor. Both are from Granger.

Court documents say 19-year-old Nick Savage and 18-year-old Jack Savage attended a party at the Schwindaman home on June 13 where Treber provided oxycodone. The brothers were found dead at their parents' Granger home the next morning. Coroners ruled Monday they died from the mixture of alcohol and oxycodone.

Court records don't list attorneys for Treber and Schwindaman who might comment on the charges.
