Two in Serious Condition After Kosciusko County Crash

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Two Rochester men were seriously injured this morning after their vehicle slid off the ice-covered Kosciusko County roads and into a tree.

Around 5:30 Monday morning, emergency crews responded to a crash this morning on State Road 19, near the intersection of State Road 10 and located 28-year-old Kylee Fenstermaker and 30-year-old Justin Beck, both seriously injured after apparently striking a tree. Beck, the passenger, had to be extricated from the vehicle and airlifted to the hospital. Fenstermaker, the driver, said he lost control of his vehicle due to the weather, eventually sliding off the eastside of the roadway and striking a tree.  He was later transported to the hospital. The crash is still under investigation.
