GRANT COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A nine month long criminal investigation into the distribution and use of steroids has come to an end with the arrests of two people.
According to the Indiana State Police Department, 37-year-old James Poulson and 37-year-old Robert Davis, both of Gas City, were booked into the Grant County Jail.
Poulson faces felony charges for dealing a scheduled I controlled substance, possession of a scheduled III controlled substance, possession of a syringe, maintaining a common nuisance, and invasion of privacy.
Davis faces felony charges for dealing a scheduled III controlled substance, possession of a scheduled I controlled substance, and possession of a syringe.
After receiving a tip, police issued a search warrant for Davis’ and Poulson’s home. During their search officers allegedly found a hand gun, schedule III narcotics (steroids), prescription medication, and syringes. Officers also purportedly found what they believe to be a combination drug of ecstasy mixed with another narcotic.
