Two Arrested for Operating ATVs Intoxicated.

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Conservation officers arrested two men Saturday night on charges they were operating an all-terrain vehicle while intoxicated.

Forty-year-old Ronald Haskins and 24-year-old Zachary Ducey were charged with operating the ATVs recklessly on Webster Lake near EMS Lane West 30 in Kosciusko County.

Haskins required a blood-alcohol level of .143, Ducey tested .128. The legal limit is .08.

Indiana DNR reminds the public, not only is operating an ATV  while intoxicated illegal, its very dangerous, especially on a frozen lake.
